At Immigration Law Consultants we recognise that an important consideration for people who have immigrated to Ireland is the ability to work. At Immigration Law Consultants we recognise that students’ courses come to a natural end and accordingly it is often the case that clients come to us with their student visa close to expiry. In these instances we endeavour to help our clients with preserving their immigration status in Ireland to the best of our abilities and if any client wishes to come to Ireland with a view to becoming a student we assist those clients also.

Passport

At Immigration Law Consultants we recognise that in some countries only one passport is permitted to be held by individuals. We consider each of our clients’ particular circumstances and we advise them of the most appropriate holding of passports for them. We also deal with clients whose passports may have expired and whose immigration status in this country is a concern for them for that reason. At Immigration Law Consultants we recognise that obtaining business permission in Ireland to set up a business is a natural desire for many people who have immigrated to Ireland and the immigration laws surrounding this matter can be quite difficult for our clients to satisfy. We recognise that many of the immigration law queries in respect of restaurants concern the Licences of the restaurants. It is a requirement under Irish law that if someone has a restaurant that restaurant must have an appropriate licence.
